If sending to jail is justice then send it. Lawyer Burhan Muazzam stopped Alima Khan from talking further, to which Alima Khan said that what we are asking for is justice. The court extended the interim bails of the accused till October 16. While the police demanded the arrest of Asad Umar, Alima Khan and Uzma Khan.
The investigating officer told the court that the three accused were found guilty in the investigation.
The JIT has labeled the three guilty, the police want to arrest the three. Aleema Khan was found to be present on the spot. It should be remembered that earlier the challans of other cases including the Jinnah House attack were filed in the court. A challan of 11 cases including Jinnah House was submitted in the Anti-Terrorism Court. The challan of cases against Imran Khan, Umar Sarfaraz Cheema, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Mian Mahmood-ul-Rashid, Sanam Javed and Khadija Shah and others were submitted in the Anti-Terrorism Court.
In the challan, Imran Khan and others were declared guilty in 11 cases including Jinnah House, Askari Tower and Sherpao Bridge. While the anti-terrorism court rejected the bail application of 11 accused in the Jinnah House case, including Tayyaba Raja, the court accepted the bail application of Dr. Sarmad and Muhammad Iqbal.
