According to the details, the judge of the special court established under the Official Secrets Act, Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain, wrote a letter to the Ministry of Law. In the letter, it was said that there is no security threat to bring Chairman PTI Imran Khan to court. Imran Khan is an important personality and the head of a political party, the security of Chairman PTI is also in the view of the court. In the letter from Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain, it was said that if there are no security concerns, the case of cipher disappearance will be heard in the Official Secret Act court.
It should be remembered that the court has directed to produce Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the cipher case. The court issued notice to Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Vice Chairman PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi for October 4. Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain issued orders to produce Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi. While earlier, the FIA had submitted the challan of the cipher case to the special court established under the Official Secrets Act.
In the challan, Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Vice Chairman PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi were declared guilty. FIA requested Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi to be tried and punished. Sources said that Asad Umar is not included in FIA's accused list. Former Principal Secretary Azam Khan became a strong witness of FIA, Azam Khan's statement of 161 and 164 was attached with the challan.
