Peshawar (Urdu Point Latest News. October 6, 2023) The Meteorological Department has predicted snowfall and heavy rain in the country. According to media reports, the Meteorological Department has said that there is a possibility of heavy rain with strong winds in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region, Islamabad, North East Punjab, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. According to the Meteorological Department, there is also a possibility of snowfall in the country due to which the temperature will decrease.
On the other hand, the weather will remain partly cloudy and humid in the coastal areas of the country including Karachi. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain dry in most parts of the country on Saturday, while it will be hot in the southern regions, however, strong winds and thundershowers may occur at a few places in Chitral, Dir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
During the last 24 hours, it remained dry in most parts of the country and hot in southern parts.
Meanwhile, the highest temperature in the country was recorded at Shaheed Benazirabad, Dalbandin, Dadu 41, Turbat, Skarund and Mohenjodaro at 40 degrees Celsius. After analyzing the weather data, the Meteorological Department has predicted that the weather will remain dry and hot during the day on Saturday in most of the districts of Sindh. The weather will remain dry in most districts of Punjab, while it will remain hot during the day in the southern districts. The report said that the weather will remain dry in most of the districts of Balochistan province, while the southern districts will remain hot during the day.
