According to the details, a hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court with objections on the petition filed for security and protection of Bushra Bibi's husband in jail. The court overruled the registrar's office's objections to the application, and ordered the application to be renumbered.

Latif Khosa fixed for the day after the request. The Islamabad High Court directed the Registrar's Office to mark the application and fix it for hearing on October 5. It should be remembered that Chairman PTI's wife Bushra Bibi approached the Islamabad High Court for security and protection of Imran Khan in jail. The application was filed in Islamabad High Court by Latif Khosa Advocate.

The petition stated that there was a fear that Imran Khan could be poisoned by food in the jail, home food was not allowed as was provided to prisoners in the past. Supply of pure food should be ensured by the responsible medical officer, the plea said, adding that adulterated food could be harmful to the life of the husband.
